All trials are "law suit trials". A lawsuit is a case brought before a court for adjudication. Both criminal and civil cases are lawsuits, but it is more common to hear civil cases referred to as a lawsuit. In English, we usually try not to repeat ourselves, so we would either call it a trial, or a lawsuit, but not both.
This is a civil lawsuit stemming from a rape. It can reasonably be called a rape trial, rape lawsuit, or rape civil trial.
The Fat One is physically incapable of keeping his mouth shut no matter how many judges tell him to stop it. I hope he continues to dig a grave so deep that he can never escape.
She, and many, many other women can, and are saying rape. Their testimony is proof.
One other piece of proof is that even trump admits he does this sort of thing. We have emails sent before the trump tape became public that he likes to sexually assault women, and before the emails were made public, we have trump making a tape that he likes to sexually assault women. When multiple unconnected sources say the same thing...

She has a dress with DNA on it and trump gamed the system to keep from turning in his own DNA sample to see if they matched.
The judge instructed the jury to determine whether or not Trump raped Jean Carroll, and to determine damages if they find he did.

Nice attempt to sidestep this info from the article. trump dragged out producing a DNA sample until it was too late. If he has nothing to hide why didn't he provide it three years ago? Then if it didn't match what was on the dress, trump would have had reason to call her a liar, have the case dismissed and perhaps force her to pay the legal fees.
Carroll never sued him for rape because of the statute of limitations. She sued because he defamed her over her accusation. All of trump's actions show he's guilty a f and we both know it.
