Because it isn't necessary. In a civil trial the jury can draw any conclusion they like from the fact that trump refused to give a DNA sample.

trump is a one trick pony. After decades of his judicial tricks, lawyers now know all the moves to be used against him
 
Rape is the core of this trial. To suggest rape is not involved is ridiculous. That is exactly what the first day of questioning was about. To award damages, the jury has to believe it happened. Trump has no self-control as his treatment of women and workers shows. It is also what his ignoring the court telling him to not talk about the case online or in public. He does not have the ability to stop.

Getting a DNA sample from Clinton was a major legal undertaking, involving Starr lying about what it is for. trump has tried hard to guard his DNA.

That is good. We have no idea what is on that dress. How can you trust her when she has no clue when it happened. That makes you wonder if it ever happened
