I assume the statute of limitations for criminal liability ran out. Only civil liability remains on the table.

You're thick as a brick. She not only has a dress, she submitted in for DNA testing and it was confirmed to have male DNA on it. trump refused to turn in his sample until it was too late. One would think he'd be eager to do it. If the dress sample didn't match, he would be cleared of the rape plus he could call Carroll a liar and ruin her reputation even more. Probably she'd have to pay his legal fees, too, just like in the Stormy Daniels case.

But we all know why he hasn't done this. He is 100% guilty.

Having a little trouble following the thread? Carroll didn't report the rape out of fear, just like the victims of the above men. That doesn't mean it didn't happen.

Finding the truth is the purpose of a trial, Arbie. If your mother or GF were raped, wouldn't you want justice for them?

OTOH, it is interesting to see them struggle with scientific fact. The faces they make when struggling with cognitive dissonance of science and their ideological beliefs is often priceless.

Trump lacks an adult's self-control. He has always been a spoiled immature bully. Trump was told by the judge to stop posting about the trial. It can be seen as tampering with the trial and the testimony. Trump cannot help himself.

That's not the issue here. This is not a rape trial. This is to determine damages for what can only be assumed has happened many, many years ago.
