Our democracy is certainly flawed, that's why I tend to be hesitant to get on a soap box and scream at Israel, Ukraine, and Turkey about the deficiencies of their democracies

Agreed. That's why I think it's undeniable Israel is the most developed democracy in southwest Asia and North Africa, and wherever democracy takes root and persists is worthy of our support in principle, even when they have policies that we don't agree with

Hard to argue that it isn't the best system, but we really don't understand many regions that simply cannot exist under democracy.

We've created quite a mess in that quest.

As has been pointed out, Bibi is not in office because he won a majority. He usurped power somehow, and will be tarred and feathered once his genocide is done.

Historically, we haven't minded nations that aren't democratic. As long as we can install a leader that plays ball.

I agree that it can be difficult. Russia and Ukraine is probably the best and most recent example. In the case of Israel Palestine/hamos, it is much, much, much easier If you have a fairly complete understanding of more in general and details of this particular situation.

I like to call it building bridges with all Democratic countries, NOT WALLS. If other countries want to ditch democracy- yes, WE SHOULD DITCH THEM TOO!

Netanyhu has to go, just as much as HAMAS, before any kind of peace in that region of the world is to be established.

We should be leading in the Democratic World- but the problem was DOnald Trump coming down that escalator, and ever since the world no longer trusts us as credible leaders anymore as long as Trump and his Trumptards have a grip and are a serious threat to our own country- and the entire world.

Many countries are using Trump's methods in their own countries, using him as an example to follow, by electing AUTOCRATS to corrupt themselves and drift further away from Democracy- Netanyahu is just one convenient example- there are several others.

WE MUST SET A BETTER EXAMPLE BY DEFEATING THE VICIOUS SNAKE- and in a DEMOCRATIC WAY- in the NOVEMBER ELECTION.
