Forget motive. It's conspiracy nonsense. During that attack, there were riots in numerous Mid East countries. What is true, is that Stevens ignored the warnings of his number one security consultant that there was a 100% chance that they were going to be attacked if he went to Benghazi. He was stationed in Tripoli.

It does not eliminate the statute of limitations, it "pauses" it during their presidency. It was hardly a "conspiracy" since the bill was introduced in the House.

Hillary Clinton was the most incompetent, crooked SOS ever in American history. She allied with John McCain to arm the rebels in Libya who overthrew & murdered Muammar Gaddafi and handed Libya over to the rebels that became ISIS who murdered 4 Americans in Benghazi because Hillary Clinton ignored & denied those Americans the security necessary that they had pleaded with her to provide. She then lied to America and told the folks that a Youtube video was the cause of those murders & she even told the families of the murdered the same story knowing full well the truth was otherwise.

If the statute is five years a president has five years after he leaves office to be prosecuted or sued for that act. After five years the law can no longer charge him.

I have a question. Of course Nadler & Swalwell can get such legislation passed in the House of Representatives because Trump Hate rabid junkyard dog Democrats with their hair on fire hold the majority there. Now for the question, how do Nadler & Swalwell plan to get their legislation passed in the Senate controlled by Republicans, & have trump sign it into law, or override Trump’s veto, since it takes 2/3ds vote of both houses of the Congress to override a Presidential veto?
