Mueller very clearly explained that the DOJ didn't allow indictments against a sitting President. But, of course, that all sailed way over your head. Which doesn't prevent that same evidence from being used in an impeachment. The problem with impeachment is that the Senate is controlled by dyed-in-the-wool Republicans, who will put party above country and seek to exonerate Trump no matter the evidence against him.
