I do believe that Mueller stated that his reasoning related to whether Trump obstructed or not had nothing to do with any consideration of whether a sitting President could be indicted or not. If you know differently, present your info. Personally, I believe that Mueller being the RINO neo-con Trump hater all honest and intelligent folks know he is, was soooooo upset & frustrated that he couldn't complete his agenda with a Trump crime, he decided to put a bone in his report for the rabid mad junkyard dog Democrats in the Congress to chew on & judging by the violent pouncing on it they've shown, Mueller now feels better about his failure while disregarding the fact that he's played straight into the hands of Putin and his attempts to disrupt and cause American's to divide and politically trash and burn one another.

Actually I think it’s an unresolved question whether a sitting President can or cannot be indicted for a crime.

I don’t remember anybody reporting any part of the Mueller report where Mueller formally recommended that Congress impeach the President, remove him from office and then prosecute him for that crime, do you? I’ve only noticed that Mueller’s report was constructed in such a way as to entice and give incentive to the rabid mad junkyard dog Democrats to light their hair on fire again and read that opportunity into Mueller’s report.

But, of course, that all sailed way over your head. Which doesn't prevent that same evidence from being used in an impeachment. The problem with impeachment is that the Senate is controlled by dyed-in-the-wool Republicans, who will put party above country and seek to exonerate Trump no matter the evidence against him.

No, the DOJ declared that a sitting President cannot be indicted. He only cleared Trump of criminal conspiracy. Collusion is not an indictable crime.
