No - it doesn't go for everyone. And we can talk about stats if you want - cops are much more likely to pull blacks over, and be more aggressive w/ blacks. That's statistical.

???.....actually I have to show photo ID every time I vote.....even when the precinct registrar is my neighbor.....but then, I'm from a progressive state.......
