No, he is saying that there is no evidence that Friedman ever taught anybody to torture people. Saying that he did is preposterous.

Friedman offered advice to collectivist socialist totalitarians. He no more approved of Pinochet than he did them and nobody promoting this stupid smear has offered anything to show that he did.

No bimbo.... You stated he taught his students to act as they did. I said provide some evidence he taught them to disappear, murder and torture in Chile. You know..... actually backing up the ignorant claim you made. Do you comprehend that now bimbo?

Friedman wasn't very involved with the Pinochet regime. He talked to Pinochet for about 45 minutes and sent the man a letter of economic advice whenever the dictator requested it. That was the extent of their involvement with each other.

I also said that his policies were never instituted on a free society, they all had to be instituted under a dictatorship and I would like to know since he expoused "freedom" why this might be?

Friedman was in Chile for six days, and to mantain he was not involved in that, when it was about his policies, and his students were there, is to be willfully ignorant.

Oh no they were not. Not in their pure form, which is after all, the religion. Those experiments were for this part of the world, and they had to be done under dictatorships only.

His major contribution was monetarism. That was put into practice far more faithfully here than in Chile, where a source you backed, stated that the dollar was fixed by the government.
