Librard Sunny Hostin and husband going down hard. Husband arrested . RICO law , rackteering.

HAHA, So, if you write a check to let's say...Best Buy for paper and printer ink, and then, you record as 'legal expense' it should be a crime because Best Buy is not a lawyer. 'That's not the same thing', whines the libtard. lol Oh but the completely stupid statement you just made is suppose to be taken seriously, right? Libtard logic on display. lol
Wouldn't you record paper and printer ink as office expenses? Office expenses would be assumed to be business expenses, so they would probably work. If you start claiming they were only used in legal cases, then you have to start proving those legal cases were business expenses, which becomes needlessly complex.

trump misused a corporations money for personal expenses. That is illegal.

I don't even understand your example. Are you saying payments to a mistress are a legitimate business expense like paper an printer ink? Can you explain how a mistress is used in the business.

It is incumbent upon a business owner to try to accurately record their business expenses. Accidentally recording one valid business expense like paper and printer ink under the wrong category would not be a crime since there would be no intent. There would be no reason to purposely record paper and printer ink as legal expenses since paper and printer ink are a valid business expense.

Do people not know how to perform due diligence?

Hostin's hubby is one of 200 defendants in a civil suit.

Nobody is "going down hard". Certainly not Dr. Hostin's wife, who isn't a defendant.

I seem to have caught it, Salty Walty.
After I already caught it, but yes, you did catch it.

What still surprises me is that we did not catch that fake photo of Disney dwarves. That is such low production, from such a high production Disney movie... I must not have seen it for some reason.

Disney has not yet released the live-action "Snow White" remake. The film is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 21, 2025.

@Grok

Disney went woke, Walty.

Yeah,...that's why YOU are LITERALLY IN the thread and actively POSTING IN IT. :rolleyes: Wow,...talk about zero self awareness. Senile much?

She can defend him... I'm sure they've never discussed his business...or benefited from the fraud...
What fraud?

The insurance company's lawyers are defending him, and more particularly themselves. Bringing in another lawyer would generally be a mistake. Why do you think he would want to do that?
