Librard Sunny Hostin and husband going down hard. Husband arrested . RICO law , rackteering.

Wouldn't you record paper and printer ink as office expenses? Office expenses would be assumed to be business expenses, so they would probably work. If you start claiming they were only used in legal cases, then you have to start proving those legal cases were business expenses, which becomes needlessly complex.

trump misused a corporations money for personal expenses. That is illegal.

His "charity" got disbanded and he was fined for the same reason. If he's mishandling his own funds, think you can trust him to properly handle ours? MAGATs don't care.

Stone got this story from the Alt Right Big Ass Book of Things That Never Happened, and probably never will happen.

Sunny Hostin's husband Emmanuel Hostin has not been arrested. He is not charged with any crimes. He is not under any known government investigation for any crimes.

Obviously, Sunny Hostin will not go "down hard" for something that her husband is not even being accused of.

What is happening? An insurance company is going bankrupt, and a group of lawyers has gotten the right to sue random defendants from that insurance company cheap. They decided that several hundred doctors have provided too expensive of care, and are suing those doctors. Note, none of the patients are complaining about Dr. Hostin's standard of care. But these lawyers are complaining that the standard of care was too expensive, and that cheaper treatments could have been used.

It appears to be a lawsuit trying to get the doctors' insurance companies to just pay some money rather than wasting money defending it. That it has gone this far means that it will probably fail.

But what if Dr. Hostin, and his other few hundred defendants, lose their case? Does that mean that his wife goes to prison? No, it means that his medical malpractice insurance company owes the other lawyers some money. The money does not even come out of Dr. Hostin's pocket, much less his wife's pocket. Her husband could be looking at higher premiums, but that is just a maybe at this point.
it;s not too expensive of care.

its fraud.

what;s wrong with you?

The legal claim is that it is too expensive of care. No one is denying that it is the best standard of care, but the case claims they should have offered a worse standard of care for cheaper.

Fraud has a specific meaning, which is not in this case.

I guess I care too much about the truth.
its fraud.

They will...
Evidence needs to be presented in court in a timely manner. The alt right has spent a decade claiming to have evidence, that they refuse to present in court. There is a point that presenting the evidence in court would prove they withheld evidence. That is a felony.

The kinder interpretation is they have no evidence.

In breaking news, we have a picture of the seven dwarves behind Stone's "news story."

So there really is no lawsuit?

I did think Harris would win, but I also knew it would be close. I was certainly right about it being close.

You keep going on about trump winning the popular vote by a landslide, even after we know he could not even get a majority.
Lie....he got the majority of the popular vote. Do better.
