Librard Sunny Hostin and husband going down hard. Husband arrested . RICO law , rackteering.

So there really is no lawsuit?
There has been a lawsuit filed. Dr. Hostin has not been arrested. He is under no criminal investigation. There is not even any fraud directly alleged in the lawsuit filing.

If there had been fraud directly alleged, the lawsuit would have been thrown out immediately. There simply is not the evidence for that. The claim is there were kickbacks for giving the best care, and that lessor care would have been cheaper. It uses a novel definition of kickbacks. The problem with a novel definition of kickbacks is that it has not been tested in court, so the lawsuit looks like it might happen.

MIGHT... That does not mean that it will happen, just might.

It will be handled by the malpractice insurance. If it does happen, the chances of success do not look good. If the lawyers who are suing the doctors and hospitals are successful, then the malpractice insurance will pay the costs.

But it has not happened yet. We will see...

Lie....he got the majority of the popular vote. Do better.
Biden retires after a 55 year career of having never been defeated by a Republican. He won every election with a majority of the popular vote.

Meanwhile, trump has never had a majority of the popular vote. That is just a fact. The best he ever did was 49.9% of the popular vote. he also got 46.8%, and 46.1%. And that was against candidates that even Stone admits were weak.

The fact remains, trump is not popular with the majority of Americans. he is wildly popular for a minority of Americans, but not with most Americans.

Why do you ask? I never claimed he was. I was simply quoting what the video claimed. One thing is certain though,.....he is in quite a bit of hot water legally with the potential to have things go south very quickly.
You made the claim he was arrested in the title of this thread. Everyone saw that you did. You are wasting our time by saying differently.

Dr. Hostin has no potential of being in legal hot water. While his name is one of the names being sued, the insurance companies are the ones who would have to pay the money. Because there is no criminal allegation, the worst that can happen is loss of money, from someone else.

And nothing can go badly for the defense "very quickly." This is a novel legal claim, which means the only thing that can happen quickly is a complete dismissal with prejudice of the case. The plaintiff was hoping to get "go away money", but that failed. Now they are hoping that at the end of a lengthy case, with many appeals, they get some money. There hope is at the end of years of winding appeals, they get some money.

Absolutely true. Yet somehow a segment of our population thinks he would be just great handling the economy. :rofl2:
trump has done below average with his own money, but he has not lost most of it. he has lost most of the other people's money he was trusted with. So his worshipers want to trust him with America's money? It will not end well.

Most civil suits are settled out of court pre-trial.

Settlement rates can be as high as 80-90% in many jurisdictions. This high rate of settlement is attributed to several factors:

  • Cost: Trials can be expensive for both parties due to legal fees, expert witnesses, and other litigation costs.
  • Time: Settlement avoids the lengthy process of a trial, allowing parties to resolve disputes more quickly.
  • Uncertainty: There's always uncertainty in how a judge or jury might rule, so settling can be a way to manage risk.
  • Privacy: Out-of-court settlements can sometimes be kept confidential, which can be beneficial for one or both parties.

These settlements can occur at any stage, from before litigation even begins, during pre-trial negotiations, or even on the eve of or during the trial itself.

In this one, because there will be years of appeal, it could even happen after the trial itself. The defense insurance companies might get an appeal decision they like, and be willing to pay the plaintiff lawyers money just to not appeal the appeal further.

But there is no way Dr. Hostin agrees to a settlement, so the insurance companies will have to completely eat the costs. They will not even be able to raise his premiums.

I never take seriously any threads these trumper idiot shitbags start.

One look at who posted them and I know immediately that it's pure bullshit.

What sad, empty, useless lives these zeros must lead.
Being as helpful as I am, I like to offer you some help.

Let me tell you about this "friend" I know - not saying it's you, but hey, it might ring a bell. This guy has this little habit called Projection. He takes all his own garbage, the failures, the moral lapses, the impulses, and just tosses it onto others like it's hot potato.

He dove back into his childhood memories, and lo and behold, he remembered being dropped 12 feet on his head when he was 10. That knowledge started his recovery.

I don't know, I saw the TDS and thought maybe I'd try and enlighten you in the hopes it could help.
