Setting up an exchange, or not doing so was nothing more than politicizing peoples' health.

Good thing too. Obamacare should never have been passed. It was a disaster from the minute it went into effect, the worst part being the "tax" penalty. The government shouldn't be able to extract money from you for not doing something that amounts to an economic choice.

It was a rational choice that many states didn't take the Medicare / Medicaid option given that when after five years the states would have to pick up the whole tab for that and force raising of taxes or cuts in spending elsewhere.

I don't have a complaint about Obamacare personally since it isn't costing me squat one way or the other. I do blame Democrats since they, and they alone, are responsible for passing that Obamanation. The fact that Obamacare has cost taxpayers tens of billions in payouts to insurance companies, raised the cost of individual health insurance policies, and not improved healthcare one iota should be something everyone is pissed off at the Democrats about.
