No, I post from prison. The guard likes me so I get extra computer time.

Be that all is it may, you know nothing about the foundations of this country, and the founding fathers would look upon you with horror.

Thank you.

Ohh...strawberry jello today. I can't wait for dinner.

Desh... these people who have relocated and not returned to LA AND who have obviously registered to vote in another state, SHOULD be purged. Here is the [problem how do you prove they recieved any notice of the Purge? when you match someones name against a national list of registered voters you are going to have misidentifications (this is the whole fricking reason we have SS numbers).
So if they sent it to someone in Ohio when the real person is in houston how is the real person going to know what is going on?
They are not allowed to vote in both states. You are either an absentee voter or you register in your current state. You left off the part of the article in that says both plantiffs currently reside in other states and obviously they both registered in other states.
if they apply for absentee voter status right pbefore the election there will not be time to correct the mistake.

You see people get confused by the fact that they dont understand just how many people there are in the US.

This is very much like the Felons list in Florida where thousands of legal ovters who had never commited a felony lost their vote in 2000.

In the federal court action, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People contends that the purge has already begun without the necessary pre-approval of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Because of its history of racial discrimination before the passage of the 1965 Voting Rights Act, voting changes in Louisiana and other Southern states must be approved by federal officials.

Oh well, the law is the law.

They didn't follow it, apparently. Now, they're being brought to court. It's amazing how often you can end up in court if you don't follow the law.

Bingo!

Yes it is, and no doubt the same people would argue about that "but it's agains florida law to vote if you're a felon."

And then they'd think that they made some point.

Your right Darla they always seem to think its oK for people to lose their vote because Kathleen Harris slandered them by saying they were felons when they were not.

http://www.eac.gov/about.asp?format=none

This is a link to thye study by a very reliable and unbiased source who concluded that the type of fraud they were spending tens of thousands of dollars to stop in LA is statistically non exsistent.

Now again I as why do these cons support wasting Tax dollars to stop people from voting when this money should have been used to Help people to vote?

What's with the old thread? Following up on the foreclosure one?

Voting is a right but it's also a responsibility.

No one says you are entitled to voting like you are walking up to the counter in a liquor store and shoving your driver's license at them.

According to Desh the racist slumlord, requiring ID is discriminatory.

I wonder if she requires ID from the Latinos she exploits when they sign her lease?
