Mara Lago to be liquidated?

I don't know what Mar A Logo looks like, but if it's really nice, I would hate to see it demolished.
I'd rather it be sold.

Some of the older car nuts will remember the fancy turbine powered show cars that Chrysler built in the 1960s.
They were all mindlessly crushed rather than preserved.

This nation id fucked up in so many ways.

you deny everything....next you'll be pretending Joe doesn't accept bribes or we didn't have 6M illegals cross the border in the last three years.......the judge made his pretrial finding that Trump had committed "fraud" based on a finding of fact that the property was not worth what Trump said it was worth on his loan application but it was worth what Trump said it was worth on a bid to have his property taxes reduced.......that simply was not reasonable in light of what the property was appraised to be worth.......it was in fact extremely unreasonable to the point the judges decision should be overturned and remanded by the appeals court for a finding of fact on it's true value......now, am I running or running over you roughshod.......

ROFLMAO. The judge didn't say anything of the sort. You put that claim in an appeal and you are likely to get reprimanded by the court for making false claims in a court document.

I've quoted it before as this was Trump legal filing and argument and not mine.

Trump argued that the actual value of the property was less than the Tax Assessed $16MM as he had contracted away any redevelopment rights and locked it in as a resort and thus it must be valued, now and in the future, based on a multiple of revenue it generates, which is not a lot, and NOT on any redevelopment plans.

Trump cannot put that in a legal filing one day and then walk across the street to banks and insurance companies and say it is worth several hundred million or a billion more and that is based on redevelopment values.

So no, neither the judge or i fucked up, we are just not stupid like you.

It is FRAUD to take BOTH of those positions in two different documentary filings.

Do you think Ms. James’ team will bring into evidence the lawsuits the Trump organization filed to get the value of properties lowered, claiming the properties weren’t worth their assessed tax value.

I haven’t followed this trial as closely as the others.

Tax Assessor : 'My assessment is the property is worth $16MM -24MM

Trump : 'as a real estate expert i attest it is worth less than that and here are the reasons why...' (cited above)

The Judge never rendered any findings on Property value. The judge did not go out and look at the property. The judge did not send any experts to do a valuation. The judge merely cited what Trump cited it worth based on the Tax Assessment legal filing.

I know, sorry I was unclear. PiMP and Trumpper crew say the Judge ruled it was worth "only 18 million". I was just asking again.
