Maricopa County Board of Supervisors issued a statement that said they refuse to meet with Arizona Senate President Karen Fann as requested to discuss the audit of the 2020 presidential election, according to The Western Journal.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors even went as far as calling the audit to be ended.

Chairman Jack Sellers stated that he will no longer be answering any questions concerning the 2020 election.

“We are here under some bizarre circumstances to discuss responding to an unfortunate letter from the president of the Arizona state Senate,” he said.

“This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents’ ballots and equipment, paid for with real people’s tax dollars,” Sellers said. “It’s time to be done with this craziness and get on with our county’s critical business.”

~ In February Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason concluded that the Senate has the authority to review all materials requested.

“There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas,” Thomason said.

“The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors has still refused to disclose the requested information.

They answer every question asked and reveal that the AZ Senate audit is being done by idiots that can't find files on a computer or read a sheet that says how many ballots should be in a box.

You didn't read the response letter did you before you repeated the ignorant claims made by Senator Fann.
All items related to the ballots were turned over that the County had in it's possession. No one can turn over something they don't have.
There was no disparity between the numbers of actual ballot in a batch and the pink slip since the pink slip is not the actual count of ballots in the batch but is the count before unreadable ballots were removed to be hand counted.
Maricopa did provide proof of chain of custody. Once again Cyber Ninjas just has no clue as to what the objects they received are.

For an explanation of why Senator Fann, Cybern Ninjas and you are all idiots I suggest you read the response letter. It even includes pictures for people of low intelligence like you Grok.

That is a notice that all records must be retained in anticipation of litigation in response to the false statements put out by Cyber Ninjas and Senator Fann. It requires that all correspondence concerning related to the audit must be preserved. It demands that they be given physical access to all electronic devices used for communication by Cyber Ninjas during and before the audit.

It's actually pretty brilliant since it puts Senator Fann in the position of being accused of not retaining and turning over all information under a court order if she fails to comply.

The “audit” is not looking for a real recount, rather, something they can frame as innuendo, to keep the Big Lie alive, they even have some supposed expert examining to see if the ballots come from bamboo wood proving China is involved, conspiracy being that China snuck thousands of ballots in with the rest

Currently, lawsuits have started over transparency, the selection process of the company doing the “audit,” and who is paying for it, eventually it all will hit the fan
