Then let the audits happen and prove it's all a lie but that's not happening. The only reason to stall all this is to get rid of evidence. In all honesty if this was trump the left would be apoplectic and you know it.

I guess you should just ignore Federal law and State law and the fact that the Senate lied to the public about what happened. That means that there is a clear legal claim against the Senate who are not exempt from laws.

But you still didn't go read the letter, did you? The letter lays out facts that a court will rely on for any dispute. Facts that can be easily checked when Cyber Ninjas has to turn over their devices in a lawsuit.

Maricopa County Board Makes Major Announcement, Is Now Flat-Out Refusing To Attend Meeting Requested By AZ Senate Pres. To Answer Audit Concerns


Maricopa County Board of Supervisors issued a statement that said they refuse to meet with Arizona Senate President Karen Fann as requested to discuss the audit of the 2020 presidential election, according to The Western Journal.

Maricopa County Board of Supervisors even went as far as calling the audit to be ended.

Chairman Jack Sellers stated that he will no longer be answering any questions concerning the 2020 election.

“We are here under some bizarre circumstances to discuss responding to an unfortunate letter from the president of the Arizona state Senate,” he said.

“This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents’ ballots and equipment, paid for with real people’s tax dollars,” Sellers said. “It’s time to be done with this craziness and get on with our county’s critical business.”

It may have violated Federal Law, and the county is now in the position where it has no choice but purchase all new voting machines because there was no chain of custody FOR THE MACHINES.
