When political assholes politicize science, math or anything else that's factual, then it muddies the waters for the public. They're ignorant and too many are too fucking stupid to research it themselves so they just trust their leaders. If their leaders are lying to them, then that creates problems.

my specific complain about vaccine passports is that they will be used to coerce those who disagree with them. they will be used as a weapon to force people in to all kinds of 'compliance' to do simple and basic things like provide for their family. Basically, threaten their very existence which should lead to a massive and violent revolution

Second, how would this weaponizing of vax cards work? How would they use it against me? I have one and I voted for Dr. Jo, not Biden....but that's not written on the card.

it's not common sense to accept an experimental drug that was rushed through in under a year of development and minimal testing. anyone who thinks it's common sense, well they have no sense.

After multiple deployments and a second career dealing with multiple groups of masses who can't find "Information" without assistance**, I always get my shots. Anything covered by Tricare. Pneumonia, shingles, tetanus, flu. I schedule my annual physical in October to time it with flu shots and update my other vaccines. There's no medical condition preventing me from any vaccination available and I wanted my COVID vax as soon as I was eligible just like any other vaccine. Why people think that is political just tells me those people don't know shit about vaccines. Vaccines are voluntary, but unless a person has a religious or medical reason to not get a vaccine, it piqued my curiosity to see if they are stupid or ignorant when they don't stay current on their vaccinations.

**Grew up military and completed a military career myself. Civilians often side-eyed the military and made stupid statements like "They're career military because they can't get a real job". When I got out and began working on the outside, that first year I met more people who had more money than brains then I'd met in my entire life. Fucking morons. Lazy fucks too.

My specific complaint about not having them used is that they provide specific public health information that affects the group, and we should not be forced to be around a bunch of Luddite typhoid Marys who will incubate the next wave of vaccine resistant Covid only because the party for morons is led by assholes who use medical disinformation as a public opinion axe to split people apart by brainwashing those without access to or ability to comprehend good medical information from those who do.

I have a real and legitimate stake in SmarterthanYou having taken a vaccine. There is no conscientious objection because there is no moral or intellectual case to be made that you should not get one.
