Mask Mandate Doesn't Translate To Wearing Masks While Driving

The politicians and Mind Monders who go on TV with a mask and no one within ten feet of them, sometimes outside, comes in second for the prize for "just how stupid do you figure I am?".

Wire fraud is just fraud. Yes. States have laws about that too. Again, all the federal government legally can do is assist in extradition. They can also standardize what constitutes fraud when it concerns communications systems between States or between the US and a foreign nation.

The United States does not have authority to require masks. Neither does any governor. Only a State legislature would have anything like that authority, and only if the State constitution gave it that authority.
