We should never give anyone the benefit of the doubt because they might end up doing something like this?

What is amazing to me is, if Huck were running for prez, and the Dems found some old case where he didn't commute this guy's sentence, they would be calling him every racist name in the book! But because he happened (in this case) to commute the sentence of someone who later did something terrible, the left wants to paint it as Huck's fault! It's kind of a no-win situation for him, isn't it?

You are exactly right as to Huck's responsibility which ten years ago seemed like the fair response.

The judges here in WA were bound by bail laws in this state. Arkansas's parole board dropped the ball on extraditing him after they were contacted and told that their guy had violated parole conditions. They refused to act within the specified time period which then resulted in WA judges having to allow him a bail hearing.

unfortunate for him, it is a real defense and leaves huckabee without liability....topshit is just to stupid to make an argument against intervening cause so he simply regurgitates his same diarrhea over and over because his incapable of actual debate....all he is capable of is talking about someone's education and repeating a conclusion without ever explaning how that conclusion is valid
