I don't think Trump realizes his lies aren't believed by everyone considering he is a pathological liar and still got elected and STILL gets unrelenting support from his base. I think he is DYING to talk to Mueller because he loves to brag about himself and he truly believes he is a smart man who can out fox anyone...even Mueller.

Trump doesn’t have to testify. If Mueller is half the investigator claims he is and the evidence as strong as JPP liberals claim he shouldn’t need testimony from Trump to lock up his case.

It is like saying you can only indict a suspected criminal if he/she testifies

That Mueller is pushing for this is proof to me that he has nothing else and is now going for his Martha Stewart playbook of trying to catch a lie. It won’t work

Or sometimes we just want to hear the defendant not only admit to it but try and defend their own actions with...but but...a woman wanted to be president after a black man served 2 terms. We simply couldn't have that happen. We needed another white man in the White House. Any white man with a heart beat and the IQ of a potato will do.

but my position is that you deserve to be insulted....I will defend that repeatedly.....now if you ever bother to raise a legitimate argument I will be ready to reject it soundly (not that I actually expect you to raise a legitimate argument)......

I agree with you, TD...that Trump does NOT have to testify.

But the jerk keeps bragging that he wants to testify...and will do so.

My guess is that he will not testify...and that rather than growing the balls he pretends to have...he will allow his lawyers to "stop" him from testifying.

If the guy actually had the balls he claims to have...HE WOULD INSIST ON TESTIFYING. Nobody tells him what to do...unless he deems it expedient to have them do so. Which is what I expect him to do.

I hope that clears that up.
