That must be so much fun working with dogs. I was just trying to figure out when I can get one. I'd have to install a doggie door something so that it could go outside when I wasn't home during the day.
Just so long as nothing else can get in (e.g. raccoons, skunks; there is technology for that) and you can keep the doggie confined to a sort of waterproof space if he does come in while you're out, just in case it's wet outside. The latter has kept us from installing a doggie door so far. Our guys LOVED the dd at the kennel when we went to Dallas. Apparently it was a fabulous new toy for them!
