New bill would eliminate Florida Democratic Party

It's nice that this is an internet discussion.
You're thus in no danger of being humiliated by a 76 year old man with spinal stenosis--
but who actually knows what he's doing, proof of which is duly recorded.

Imagining punching me is perfectly safe--enjoy, Miss Kitty.

Somebody else will.

I don't have a party. That is an erroneous assumption on your part based on simplistic generalizations.

Restricting competition from one political party is hatred and stupidity--it doesn't eliminate it (not to mention a violation of the Constitution).

The Florida bill does not violate the Constitution of the United States nor the constitution of the State of Florida.

Now fuck off and die, you leftist cretin! Go read your fantasy revisionist history books and bobble your lips, bitch.

I didn't know know John Lesinki and Walter Baring were "Southern Democrats", Mr. Hyperbole.

Let's see you try to make a case that they were. :D

The fact is that more than twice as many Democrats voted nay on it than Republicans.

Southern Democrats, who are now Republicans. Someone way smarter than you should make the case. You are a fucking moron.

State libraries (such as those in State schools, otherwise known as public education) are owned by the State, dumbass. They get to determine what library books are in their libraries or what books their libraries can't have.

Thinks he knows the laws of all 50 states.

No Democrat voted for the Civil Rights Act. All of them voted against it.

After some changes were made to the bill and the filibuster ended, it passed the Senate with a 73-27 vote. About 82 percent of Republicans in the Senate voted for the bill, as did 69 percent of Democrats. The amended Senate bill was then sent back to the House where it passed with 76 percent support from Republicans and 60 percent support from Democrats.
