No sin is ever forgiven in the brave new woke world

16 is the age usually. and you think they should be paid less. why?

Because very few if any 16 year old kids need that kind of money to go hang out and party with their high school friends.

we're discussing wage discrimination, not employment discrimination

Discrimination is discrimination.

One is the same as the other.

But you seem to be OK with one.

Why is that?

how many is that? and what if there are 16 or 17 year olds working with them?

Usually companies with 30 or more employees are considered large enough to have some similar type of employment related rule or law apply to them.

Obviously if there were 16 and 17 year olds working with them, they would not be eligible to receive the $15/hr minimum wage.

so you beleive in wage discrimination against the young. that's horrific. how do you justify that?

No I don't.

That's just your bullshit spin.

There are a lot of things kids under 18 and even under 21 cannot do that older adults can.

You don't like my views on the subject?

Go cry to someone who gives a shit.

you believe is age discrimination in wages. why deny it? own it, if that's what you believe.

so in states where it is legal to open carry a handgun, business owners shouldn't be able to post 'no handguns allowed' signs?

Usually companies with 30 or more employees are considered large enough to have some similar type of employment related rule or law apply to them.

did you not just say 'discrimination is discrimination'?????

Neither one of your idiotic comments made one iota of sense and they have nothing to do with anything we're talking about.

Sober up and try again.

Not allowing guns on one's property or inside one's business has zero to do with discrimination.

16 year olds are legally considered children, yet you support allowing them to work.

Why is that?

I've already told you the reason.

Apparently your memory or reading comprehension is lacking.

Go back and reread it.

in the working world, no. 16 is it.

Why do you think they should be paid less?

how does it not? BE SPECIFIC!!!! if you can. I'm betting you can't.

I just did.

Not allowing guns on one's property or inside one's business has zero to do with discrimination.

Just like not allowing clothing with gang insignias or sayings, etc.

If that's too difficult for you to comprehend, I'm sorry.

so discrimination isn't really discrimination, as long as it's people and/or activities you don't like. that's how you fail.............but whatever

No, how YOU fail is by trying to equate a voluntary, personal choice activity like carrying guns around in public with a human characteristic one has no control over like gender, ethnicity, nationality, etc.

If a business owner doesn't want guns on his/her property because he/she fears the liability that might result if someone were to get shot, that is his/her right and there is no discrimination.

Nothing even close to telling someone they cannot enter based on some innate characteristic.

Sad that something so elementary has to be explained to rwnj's.

should we be able to sue the property owner if we end up hurt on his property because we could not defend ourselves and they wouldn't?
