Usually companies with 30 or more employees are considered large enough to have some similar type of employment related rule or law apply to them.
Obviously if there were 16 and 17 year olds working with them, they would not be eligible to receive the $15/hr minimum wage.

If a business owner doesn't want guns on his/her property because he/she fears the liability that might result if someone were to get shot, that is his/her right and there is no discrimination.
