The fact is democrats were slave owners and tried to deny Blacks rights after the civil war. Blacks have freedoms because the GOP fought to get those rights for Blacks. What happened over 200 years ago is no longer an issue today. Democrats want to keep it an issue because they need racism as their main political weapon

Absolutely, Terry. In my case, no one ever needs to ask if cheesecake is good. I can evade that question all day. It's too bad that they'll never be able to get you cheesecake through your feeding tube, and I don't think you'd appreciate it like you should.
