When you obtained your driver’s license, you agreed to submit to a breath test if you were ever pulled over on suspicion of OWI. This is called implied consent. Law enforcement cannot force you to submit to a Breathalyzer test. But, if you refuse, your license will be suspended for up to two years, you will have six points assigned to your driving record, and police will request a search warrant that will require you to submit to a blood test. And you can still be charged with and convicted of OWI.

If there was doubt, the cops would take the perp to the ER for a blood test, ESPECIALLY if the wife and child of a Senator was killed.

If Mr. Dunn was intoxicated, there was no way to determine that at the hospital either, since alcohol blood tests were not mandatory in 1972.

in the 70's, stupid fuck, not only were cops way more lenient about drunk driving, without a breathalyzer, and a guy in a stupor from the accident, there was no way they knew if he had been drinking or not, you stupid fuck bitch. biden was crazy with grief, and jumped to the conclusion he must have been drinking BECAUSE HE CAUSED THE FUCKING ACCIDENT, but that is not nearly as bad as all the shit trump has done, you pig shit eating trump voter.
