I suspect this may explain why Biden continued to insinuate that Dunn had been drinking, even though he knew Dunn had not been cited at all for ANYTHING.

How would you explain Joe's miserable failure to clear Dunn's reputation for decades?

If ANYONE causes an accident resulting in the death of a US Senator's wife and child, the police will have to be damn certain that the only other party involved in the crash was not culpable.

What facts? It has not been concluded that the driver was drinking or not. The first responders were there and believed that he was drinking at that time. Were they lying?
