Nope. Byrd did not have authorization to execute anyone. Byrd had only authorization to arrest people. Byrd committed murder and should answer for it in court.

Both are true. She was a good, safe distance AND her distance was totally irrelevant. The police could have, and should have, arrested her if they truly felt that she was somehow not allowed to be in that part of that public building. You are arguing that Ashli Babbit was TRESPASSING so clearly she had to be killed. Your position is horrifically absurd. Her distance was totally irrelevant yes, when you begin making the case that Ashli was moving from one place in a public building to another, so she deserved a summary, extrajudicial execution.

Since vertical is only vertical how could Ashli Babbitt be partway through the window when she was shot.

If she was not passing through the window then the laws of physics would not allow for her to be shot by any gun currently known to exist since bullets can not take sharp right turns.

I noticed you claimed that violence wasn't actually violence even when the violence shown in the video fit the legal definition of violence.

But since you are delusional. Go ahead and claim there is no violence in this body camera video from Fanone on Jan 6th.

I notice you don't believe something happened unless you can see video of it. Can you show us a video of anyone shooting Ashli Babbitt?

Certainly you have the same standard of evidence of violence for that as you do for attacks on police officers. So where is the video that shows who you allege shot Babbitt?
