Hey, here's a thought....when Obama gets over his "shock" of getting the Nobel Peace Prize, maybe he'll reverse policy and sign on to the ICC.
Like I said before, if this award translates into better relations and cooperation with our allies, good enough. Otherwise, it's like some other poster stated here, a general "fuck you" to the legacy of the Shrub and all his minions/cohorts.

The bombing of Cambodia caused the rise of the Khmer Rouge and the killing of millions of innocent people in that benighted country, it is a supreme irony that the Vietnamese kicked Pol Pot and his cronies out when the international community just sat on their hands and did nothing.
