If there were any justice in the world, he would be banged up for war crimes against Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and East Timor.

It's my opinion based on the policies he promoted in Vietnam, and especially his role in the illegal bombing of Cambodia, with no authorization from Congress, followed by the attempted cover up.
