Well gee, maybe it's about more than the economy.I’m dyin, a poll conducted 42% say the economy is great right now, up from 23%.
It shows just how ignorant Americans are!
So disgusted
It's interesting, I was intrigued by this idea of 42% people thinking the economy was great. Doing a Google search I found a CBS news segment saying 42% of people (including those who didn't vote) thought the economy was good. Maybe that's semantics but I see a different between good and great.Well gee, maybe it's about more than the economy.
And those Corporations will store a lot of stuff and after Trump puts his tariffs on sell those products at the higher price and make a killing , their profits will go up and up.Trump is not in office, yet corporations are buying as much as they can get from importers to fend off the financial damage that Trump has planned. The damage Trump's ignorance portends for America's economy and global markets is not being missed by business. They are preparing.
Agreed, but his biggest failure was his DOJ not prosecuting her.
100% but I don't fault him. Do you think any of his AGs would have helped?Agreed, but his biggest failure was his DOJ not prosecuting her.
You're right. Mr. Magoo was a bad choice for AG.100% but I don't fault him. Do you think any of his AGs would have helped?

IF Trump actually implements his campaign promises as claimed, it'll tank the economy. How Is the Economy Doing?

We are making the major purchases we need. I know others doing it as well.Trump is not in office, yet corporations are buying as much as they can get from importers to fend off the financial damage that Trump has planned. It doesn’t matter what type of statistics you present them, they think Biden did an awful job and our economy sucks. Thats why they are MAGA, low information voters.Four years ago, Trump practically guaranteed that if Americans dared to elect Biden he would cause a catastrophic economic depression.
Trump claims Biden win would cause depression despite economists' forecast
Democratic win would lead to "economic disaster," the president claims, also touting his record on trade.www.cbsnews.com
Well I would advise anybody that is going to make a large purchase to do it A.S.A.P.We are making the major purchases we need. I know others doing it as well.

We are going tomorrow if all goes as planned.Well I would advise anybody that is going to make a large purchase to do it A.S.A.P.
A friend of mine works in the office at a local Walmart and she was telling me they are getting ready for their office workers to be working 24/7 punching in the new prices into their computers so when a product is scanned it will have the higher price caused by Trumps tariffs and they will go into effect as soon as they are sure Trump is going to put the tariffs into effect.
So you could be paying a lot more for stuff even before Trump puts his tariffs into effect. and corps. like Walmart will rake in Billions in profits.
It was just on the news here that these tariffs will cost the average American family a min. of 2600 dollars a year or more.
I am glad to see Trump and his low IQ MAGA followers think working families have this kind of money to piss away .
There are people working two or more jobs JUST to be able to put food on their tables and a roof over their heads what the heck are they going to do?
They are JUST getting by now.
Can Trump do anything about legal weed in California? We are making the major purchases we need. I know others doing it as well.

I think he’d run into opposition from the States Rights Supreme Court, but who knows, they are wishy washy. Can Trump do anything about legal weed in California?
I think a lot of MAGA morons are on liberal social welfare programs like disability, food stamps, social security and they don't have to worry about getting a job, and they assume Democrats and Rinos will protect their social welfare benefits..
Well with the MAGA and right wingers taking over Congress and Dems having pretty much no say in things when they start cutting those safety net programs like they say they want to, people on SS, food stamps and other programs won't be getting the money they are now and with costs going up because of Trump's tariffs what are they going to survive on.Can Trump do anything about legal weed in California?

I just assumed California's legal marijuana industry was protected from Trump, but I am pretty ignorant about the legal and administrative issuesI think he’d run into opposition from the States Rights Supreme Court, but who knows, they are wishy washy.
It's still against federal law but Trump going after only one state and not all of them equally won't work well for him.I just assumed California's legal marijuana industry was protected from Trump, but I am pretty ignorant about the legal and administrative issues
You are free to post some proof that my numbers are off
In 1965, total U.S. government expenditures were approximately $118 billion, according to historical data from the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This includes spending by both federal, state, and local governments, with the federal government accounting for the majority.
In 2023, total expenditures by federal, state, and local governments in the United States were substantial. Federal government spending alone accounted for approximately $6.1 trillion. When including state and local government expenditures, the combined total rose to an estimated $10.5 trillion.
I can share my census figures as well if your cognitive dissonance is up for it - but I think you know I am not making this up - and you just don't really want to look at the numbers because it destroys your narrative.
