this is at least one thing I like about the democrat base. they can be relied on to steadfastly vote for anyone with the letter (D) after their name, even if that person is the dumbest motherfucker on the planet, no principles necessary.

and how it's dragged down significantly by the devolved mutant element, especially including trumpanzees,

I think that any optimism for the republic's future is completely unfounded.

Being unwilling to purge trumpanzees is very much comparable to refusing to be vaxxed.

It is simply how one cast's one's allegiance with the pandemic, be it viral or political.

There are only two viable political parties in this nation. That may not be ideal--in fact, it isn't-- but it's where we are right now.

If you don't cast your lot with one of them, you're not in the game, even peripherally.

You're just another extra from central casting somewhere in the mob scene.

if we had a viable, European style Social Democratic Party,

one with a slate of candidates for all levels of government,

I would certainly be a part of it.

We don't, right now.

It's a binary choice between Democrats and republicans,
and if that's the only real choice (which it is),
