One Boston terrorist dead and one to go. (UPDATE: Suspect Captured)

Oh of course, my having perspective can only be measured by how I address something you wrote.

You hit all the boxes on the smug lefty check list.

Better smug than clueless and immoral. :loveu:

WTH are you talking about? I don't remember what? I already referred to Rudolph in previous posts and I'm talking about how the media represented him, not random people. Have a cigarette, maybe it'll help your reading comprehension.

I am flat giving you an example of Christian Bomber. I refer to my memory as you referred to yours, put it in clear context and with an explanation of why I remember it, and then point out that his religion was a large part of what was reported. Comprehension isn't an issue of mine, the issue is your willing and purposeful memory regression where you conveniently "remember" what you want rather than what was.

When talking about an attack of this type the motivation will always be part of the description. Even if you don't like it, it still will be. So, if you don't want to mention their religion, you should get them to use other criteria as motivation for their attacks.

It does seem like the right doesn't really get the difference on this.

Anyone who commits this kind of atrocity is a nut, period. When there was all of the outcry about the guy in the AZ shooting being a "rightie", it was more to do w/ the rhetoric that came from fools like Palin and campaigns that used crosshairs to target incumbents that caused concern. It wasn't "well, this is a Tea Partier, so all Tea Partiers are like this."

When it's a Muslim, it DOES become "well, this is what Muslims do." We see an endless stream of threads citing the "religion of peace," and painting the entire religion w/ the brush created by a couple of lunatics. And those who subscribe to that faith really feel it, on a very pracitcal & threatening level.

get the fuck over it, it's a violent religion with a lot of violent members. no one thought this was a buddhist bomber or a jewish bomber or a hindu bomber. christians might be tied for second place, but muslims have them by far.

God, I hate Boston. I appreciate the history of the City and that it's a lot like San Francisco in that it's land locked and has real nice neighborhoods, but I hate the people there. I hate their accents and I hate their provincial view that if you aren't born and raised in Boston and one of us then when don't like you. I also hate their sports teams.

I left out that I hate Grind as well.

ok so weed aside seems he has a bonofide muslims afterall. I am SHOCKED, SHOCKED I TELL YOU!

The thought didn't even enter my mind, this is just so mindblowing to me that it was a group of muslims that bombed a crowd of innocent people

I mean, we are talking about the religion that at least 20% of it's members GLOBALLY support death for apostasy.

I don't know. But days before we knew who these guys were or read any FB pages, from day one in fact, certain people speculated they were Muslims. It didn't happen with the ricin mailer, not on day one or ever.

actually, on this very board we had someone speculating he was a Tea Party activist......

No American terrorist, ricin, bombing, whatever, gets his religion attached to the act. For instance, Eric Rudolph was connected with a very strict Christian sect (militant, racist, anti-Semitic) but he was never called a Christian bomber.

actually, people on this board have many times used him as an example of the horrible, murderous Christians on the loose in our great secular nation.......just a couple days ago some idiot here tried to claim McVeigh was a Christian terrorist......

And round and round we go. People didn't refer to bombers by religion until Muslims started doing the bombing.

your argument might stand if you ignore the fact that most people have grown up hearing about Muslim bombers in Israel, Muslim bombers in Lebanon, Muslim bombers in Irag, Muslim bombers in Afghanistan AND Muslim bombers in the US......in-arguably, Muslims have cornered the market on blowing up things and people because of their religion.......

Well, unless you count "shock & awe."

Or doesn't that count?
