One Innocent Halloween Prank + One Gun Nut= Innocent Kid in Hospital!

that is why the VAST majority of Americans wanted fed background checks for mental illness to buy a gun

A) Lorca is against everything Dems stand for? That's interesting I was just reading her defending abortion against those who are pro-life. Did the Democrats switch positions?

B) Thing1/Onceler spent 8 years here ripping on Bush and Republicans. Yet he said something you didn't like about the Martin-Zimmerman trial and claimed he wasn't a real Democrat.

I remember those two off the top of my head. I know you've tried to call out others.

and yes I call people out no matter what they call themselves.

and if your a backstabber your a backstabber.

there are those whop want to destroy my party from the inside.

they dont get a chance with me arround

who do you think your fooling?

dude the entire country saw this for what it is last year after babies got blow away at sandyhook

No, the anti-gun people were hysterical and couldnt even see straight, much less think straight. Completely irrational after a horrific (and very rare) incident.

THey went off the deep end and put ridiculous pressure on their state and local representatives and spewed disinformation all over the place. Your posts are an excellent example....you have no idea what you are talking about re: background checks...even when you provide your own link you cant understand it.

So basically if they don't walk in lock step with what you feel the party line is you will call them out. Do you not see the irony here based on your prior statements?

Really? How are you stopping me? Good lord my sides hurt from laughing out loud here. (Not just lol, but IRL)

so you claim there was NO big debate about mental healthcare background checks right after sandyhook?

really?

There was and most of it revolved around stuff you just showed you didnt understand. And still dont.

Hysterical people reacting to horrible events dont make sense.

month after the shooting, President Obama cited the incident while announcing proposals for increased gun control. His proposals included universal background checks on firearms purchases, an assault weapons ban, and limiting magazine capacity to 10 cartridges. Relatives of the victims in the shooting and survivors from other mass shootings were official guests during the announcement.[162][163]

On January 17, 2013, the Utah Sheriffs’ Association sent a letter to President Obama criticizing attempts "to demonize firearms". In the letter, they suggested that they would refuse to uphold federal laws that restricted the Second Amendment rights of their constituents.[164]

In reaction to anticipated restrictions on firearms, gun permit applications increased dramatically[165][166] in a multi-state trend that followed the shooting.[167]

On April 17, a bill that would have seen the restrictions on gun control, known as the Manchin-Toomey Background Checks Bill, failed to pass the U.S. Senate by six votes, with 48 Democrats and 4 Republicans voting for the bill, and 5 Democrats and 41 Republicans voting against.[168] The NRA released a statement critiquing the bill, stating that "expanding background checks, at gun shows or elsewhere, will not reduce violent crime or keep our kids safe in their schools." [169] In a speech the following day, Obama called the failing of the bill "shameful" and stated how the Republicans had "wilfully lied" about the proposal on background checks, while Ted Cruz, a leading opponent of the bill, stated that making a registry is the only way to make the background checks effective

What does 'universal' mean? Do you even know? Have you seen it written out? I havent. No idea what it means.

It just sounds good to hysterical people and plays well for some politicians and the media.

WHat does 'universal' mean when all 50 states already have background checks and those do include mental illness?

As you've been told many many times, that is part of the background check...what did you think they were for? They look for felony convictions, domestic abuse records, mental illness institutionalization, probably other stuff I dont know.
Warrants, citizenship, etc. Unlike voting...

Hows about:

He SHOT a kid engaged in a common teenage rite of passage that's been practiced for DECADES.

Gun nuts are becoming so fearful of every little thing that moves in the dark they are now shooting children playing pranks on their neighbors.

What's next? Blast a kid in the face with a 12 gauge for playing "ding dong ditch"?

Definitely for ringing a doorbell.

Yoshihiro Hattori (服部 剛丈 Hattori Yoshihiro[SUP]?[/SUP], November 22, 1975 – October 17, 1992) was a Japanese exchange student residing in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States, at the time of his death. Hattori was on his way to a Halloween party and went to the wrong house by accident. The property owner, Rodney Peairs, shot and killed Hattori, thinking he was trespassing with criminal intent. The controversial homicide, and Peairs's subsequent acquittal in the state court of Louisiana, received worldwide attention.

Warrants, citizenship, restraining orders, etc. Far more stringent than any other right. But god forbid you show an I.D. to VOTE.

The parents of a Georgia teenager, whose body was found inside a rolled-up wrestling mat in his high school gym, believe their son was murdered

http://email.foxnews.com/dm?id=BAD0F6F8D36C208EAC865B1636D18FE5

Thats does it....these wrestling mat nuts have to be stopped, these mats need to be registered and stored in locked safes when not in use so they
can't murder some other unsuspecting victim.
And, an investigation ought to be convened to determined in any racism was involved.....

So by your IDIOT perspective we blame "dirt" next. "Dead teen found in ground". You think that the ground, the dirt, did this. YOu are one uneducated moron.
