Open Carry

a police officer must have reasonable suspicion to stop someone for an investigation. That reasonable suspicion must be tied to articulate suspicion that said individual has committed a crime, is committing a crime, or is about to commit a crime. absent that reasonable articulate suspicion, a Police officer telling someone to stop must be a consensual stop. Do YOU think your stop is consensual if a thug with a badge yells at you to stop?

Are you now saying that when they tell you to STOP, they must tell you why??

let's set the record straight. we don't carry guns because we are afraid. We are unafraid because we carry guns.

as for fighting against tyranny, you still miss the point. IF any part of the military were to be ordered to shoot against american citizens, the politician(s) that gave that order would be the targets, as well as their families, friends, and neighbors that supported that decision.

Then there should have been an armed uprising over the Kent State shootings all those years ago.
