The heavy lifting was done under Trump and the lifting wasn’t done by Fauci and the medical bureaucracy but by the development of vaccines that were facilitated by Operation Warp Speed.

This left Biden with an easy ‘win’: all that needed done was to distribute the vaccines *that existed before he came into office* and allow the running dogs in the media to craft a narrative that Biden came into an utter mess.

The real ‘mess’ that needs cleaned up is the economic mess left by Fauci and the medical bureaucracy. That work is being done by governors in a handful of states.

What about the deal I made? Flood these precincts with voting sites. But, all votes must be cast on Election Day; no votes leave chain of custody or they are discarded; voter ID.

I have often considered the basic logic that if we are fine with paying taxes online then we should certainly be OK with voting online.

There has to be a way.

But this assumes everyone has access, which they do not.

So we are now realizing that it is becoming government's responsibility to provide adequate internet access to every single American.

This completely ignores the fact that people can contract, have and transmit the disease without showing any symptoms themselves. It is illogical, based on fact. It is thus an anti-social stance and unpatriotic.

The basic question I ask myself when considering if a practice (any considered action or inaction) is good or bad is this:

"If everyone were to act this way, would it be beneficial are adversarial to society?"

Clearly, in the case of your method, the answer is that it would be adversarial.

Thus, a better plan should be contrived.

I don't even object to having the polls open for a week or two weeks before election day so long as we guarantee no one can vote twice and that votes received are actually votes cast by US citizens......

I will continue to track the data.

My observation is that the surge occurs first in New Cases data, which is reflected in the number of Active Cases, and finally in New Deaths.

Active Cases rises and falls depending on New Cases and the number of Resolved Cases.

Cases are resolved when a stricken individual either recovers or dies.

My best guess is that it will not be concluded during summer, and will still pose a threat in the fall. There is no way humans will be able to realize the goal of getting 80% of humans in the world vaccinated. We probably won't even be able to do that in the USA unless the defiant Republican men change their positioning, which is sadly based on politics, not science.

The larger issue is that this disease knows no borders. We have a larger challenge than simply getting enough Americans vaccinated. Even if we could rid the USA of it completely, we would have to cut ourselves off from the rest of the world. That is highly impractical, and would cause our economy to crash.

New cases have begun a sharp rise throughout the world. Developing countries are still struggling to get enough vaccine, and they do not have vaccination programs or plans in place. This disease attacks humanity regardless of nationality. It requires that humanity drop all differences and coordinate a response.

Humanity is at war with a virus.

It's the humans against the bug.

When humans fight one another over it, the bug wins.

The bug will continue to win until humans come together to fight it in a unified way.

We do not know how long protections from a vaccine will last.

It is entirely possible that the bug will evolve resistance to our vaccines.

We are in a race to get enough humans vaccinated to stop the spread of COVID-19 before that occurs.

Humans who fight the logical measures out of selfishness are acting on the side of the enemy in this war.

Why the restrictions of requiring all voting to be accomplished in one day?

It has clearly been shown that if voting is opened up to a period of several weeks, that more votes are cast. Our nation functions better with a higher level of voting. That results in more people taking part in the function of our national business, and results in more confidence in government. I hope you realize that our nation depends on the people having confidence in government. If there was zero confidence in government, then government cannot function, and would likely break down, or be overthrown to be replaced by chaos.

If you think things are bad now, that would cause things to be worse. There can be no question of that.

That would be like the nation saying the Constitution is no longer working for us and we are abandoning it.

So the logical question to follow would be:

"If our Constitution is no good, what could possibly work any better?"

I have no answer to that question.
