Actually, rural NY is very Red, replete with trump signs still on the lawns and the corresponding racism.Many Americans live far from the urban City. Most don't encounter 'racism' and 'belligerent Trumpys'.

The days of cheap food are coming to an end. I've always been amazed at the huge portions in restaurants and fast food outlets, no wonder heart problems and diabetes are so rife.

And, I agree that our descent into third world status is ALMOST inevitable.
I suspect, however, that our nation will cease to exist as a single union....and that we will eventually break up into at least four separate nations.
My opinion is that will be good for us. Not sure if it will be good for the rest of the world, though. Some of those countries will the assholes of the world body.
