Care to show where anyone on these boards has suggested that they WANTED to start a rebellion?
Because until you do; you can admit that you just want things your way and really don't care about anyone else, or the constitution.

Oh....I care about the Constitution....it was Dumber than Most that said the SCOTUS wasn't the final say on Constitutionality....it was jury box.or the ammo box.

I've have asked on other threads what the hell is so scary about a simple background check? If people with CCWP's went through it, what's the big problem with some joker at one of those gun shows or trade sites doing it?

To date, I've gotten no answer.

And when 19 out of 30 private sellers made the sale after being told by the buyer they ""probably couldn't pass a background check", there IS a loophole.

And when a private seller can hoist an AR-15s into the air and shout “No background checks! $1,500!” there IS a loophole.

348 guns in one year, from private SELLERS (note that plural) isn't really that many; because it works out to less then 1 @ day.

This is a waste of time. Just do me one favor: take a stand...Tell me you think nothing wrong is going on here:

1) A private sellers at gun shows acknowledge selling 348 guns in less than a year.

2) 19 out of 30 private sellers making the sale after being told by the buyer they ""probably couldn't pass a background check"

3) A private seller hoists an AR-15s into the air and shout “No background checks! $1,500!”

BTW....we didn't get our way.....yet. The political blowback from the people on those that voted Nay is huge....who knows what the next proposal will be? Perhaps they'll institute an assault weapons ban....or maybe take your oversize clips.....or make the possession of full auto conversion kits and silencers a felony.

You might be wishing that you could fill out a form by the time it's over.
