You are correct in that Biden inherited business re-opening and that is precisely what caused inflation. Demand for goods was next to nothing during the pandemic and as soon as we got a handle on that pandemic the demand for goods came screaming back and those goods were not there. That same inflation just like the pandemic is worldwide and not just in the USA not to mention inflation being worse elsewhere, is Biden to blame for that too? Obama never said any such fucking thing and there was no way ANYBODY was going to prevent the inflation we have seen. Then add to that Russia's invasion of the Ukraine and it's surprising we aren't already in a recession. Doesn't have anything to do with Biden but your ignorant right wing shithead doesn't understand economics and is more than happy to blame a democrat. If Trump had won that election you would damn sure be claiming inflation wasn't his fault because we damn sure would still be having it.

We are already the worlds number 1 oil producer and just because we might not pump record amounts when it's cheaper to buy doesn't mean we can't in a few months time pump more oil than probably numbers 2,3 and 4 put together. We are energy independent whenever the fuck we feel like it.
The above estimate is from January and that 12.4 million barrels per day is more than under Trump and it's already been amended to like 12.8 million barrels.

When our oil companies can buy oil for $19 a barrel they aren't going to pump it here which is nothing but smart.
