I *retired* Nov. 22 last yr. and it has been absolutely great. I didn't realize how stressful it was running a bidness until I quit. Now I'm doing things I always wanted. Increasing my skills on piano, learning guitar, and wifey seems somewhat happy that I do more cooking and handyman stuff. Continue my swimming, running, etc. , just don't feel like I have to squeeze it in to my schedule. E.g,, I no longer swim at 5:30 a.m. but at noon.
I say *retired* because I still have the opportunity to make good money on an interim basis. Life is good and godspeed to you.:smile:

Open border, sanctuary cities, non energy independence, ban guns, raise taxes, military in ruins, food stamps all time high, other countries still screwing us via trade and tariffs, manufacturing gone and still leaving, economy flat........yeah you guys are freaking geniuses lol.

You have to have a legal address by 29 days before election day, so October 5th. That means if you are buying a house, you must be completely through escrow, and have full move in. Realistically, you want to be moved in by August 31st to get the paperwork together. Escrow and other due diligence should take about a month, so you need your house picked out by August 1st.

That gives you two months of house hunting. That is tight, but doable... IN NORMAL TIMES!!! We are in the middle of a pandemic.

You do not want to end up like Coulter committing voter fraud.
