I learned (much to my disappointment) long ago that if someone you just met starts going on and on about Jesus right out of the gate, you had better hold tighter on to your wallet.

Yeah, that's it. Nearly all atheists start out in religion but can see the stupidity of it. Religious people make those claims about charity but the facts do not bear it out. Evangelical religions are clearly about money. Churches are about money and power. Show me a priest with 2 suits and I will show you a hypocrite.
