It's OK to Be White
The 'Fourth Reich' is a shorthand for the modern day 'Holy Roman Empire' (European Union).

It was basically a unifying force, similar to the European Union.
So ...
1. There's no 'National Identity' as far as the EU is concerned, they all have their own 'identities'. (which we both agree upon)
2. And, yes, I agree, once you let a large percent of Foreigners into a Nation, you dilute the National Identity. (I think it's a fait accompli, in other words, too late to do anything about it)
Yeah, the EU is a unifying force, but it's not an empire with a single emperor. Even with Germany as the most important EU country, the German chancellor doesn't have full control over all the countries.
Thankfully, every European country is still around 80-90% white. So while freedom of association would be nice, all they really need to do is close the borders to non-white immigration, and they'll be good.
