Private industry is not always the superior solution.

Into the Night, unless medical care is affordable, it isn’t accessible care.
Free isn't affordable??? Anyone requiring emergency healthcare can obtain it free of charge, enough to stabilize them.
The last time I had to pay for healthcare, was microsurgery to remove an infected gall bladder for a family member. That surgery was a 2 day affair, and recovery was complete and well handled. I paid out of pocket for that surgery. It didn't cost enough to trigger my health insurance to kick in. The last time I got any healthcare was for an eye exam, again paid for out of pocket. I spent so little on healthcare I couldn't even claim it as a deduction on my taxes.
Anyone believing otherwise is a fool.
It is affordable.
An act’s title doesn’t always accurately describe the act’s performance. the “Patient’s Protection and affordable Care Act” would more accurately describe the as the “PP & Generally Less Unaffordable Care Act”.
This act didn't address healthcare at all. It attempted to nationalize the health insurance industry. The effect was to almost double the cost of health insurance. It has failed.

Amazon has killed millions of jobs, and treats employees like cattle.

Amazon has killed no job, unless they terminated a department at Amazon and couldn't find room for those employees elsewhere. Employees want to work for Amazon. They can leave if they want to. You are spewing union hate.

Ah. There's your problem. You are uneducated.

Means nothing.

So you are mentally ill?

Paranoia. Bigotry.

And they have it. So? Since you apparently depend on the quackery called 'pschiatry', you have your own problems to deal with.

They ARE on the streets, talking to themselves, and dying on a street corner. They are in Canada too.

Yup. I do. Cities like San Francisco, L.A., Portland, Seattle, and Vancouver, B.C. have a sanitation problem. All of these cities contain homeless, many of them mentally ill and often on drugs, and harboring disease and filth.

All of these cities are run by liberals, not libertarians. Don't you think the liberals have a lot of explaining to do?

My PTSD is gone, but it did impact my life very negatively.

There would be way, way, way more mentally ill on the streets, if not for Social Security Disability, and much more craziness, crime, and death too without Medicaid too.

Horse sh(t.

Amazon gets rid of millions of store jobs as cashiers, and other positions.

Consolidates it into warehouses.

They probably also pay less taxes, than all the stores they've collapsed.

Amazon doesn't have cashiers, except at their Whole Food stores and at their Amazon book stores. They have not gotten rid of any of these jobs.
Consolidates it into warehouses.
Most stores depend on warehouses. Didn't you know that?
They probably also pay less taxes, than all the stores they've collapsed.
Amazon didn't collapse any store. People decided to shop on Amazon for books and videos. They have a bigger selection than any local store. People made the choice. Amazon forced nothing.
Capitalism won here. Amazon provided a store that had a better selection and home delivery than existing bookstores. Plenty of book stores remain, but less than before Amazon. People made the change. Amazon forced nothing.

I never did, you obviously don't understand what per capita means.

Irrelevance fallacy. Argument from randU fallacy.

Government spending on healthcare doesn't mean squat if the healthcare sucks. The Canadian system has failed.
The U.S. government doesn't spend money on healthcare, except for veterans and military hospitals.

You are a fcking moron. How to you justify your stupid claim that the Canadian system has failed when Canadians have a longer life expectancy at less than half the medical cost per person?

You think the government doesn't spend money on healthcare except of the military? How did you manage to be so ignorant? With our country's insane spending on the military, healthcare for the military is no small thing. Also, the government pays for medical care for the poor and the old. You've never heard of medicare and medicaid? The government also pays for health insurance for government employees, which is no small number of people. Then there's the tens of millions of people who have the government pay for their health insurance through the ACA.

Insult fallacy.

RQAA.
You think the government doesn't spend money on healthcare except of the military?
That's right.
How did you manage to be so ignorant? With our country's insane spending on the military, healthcare for the military is no small thing.
Irrelevant. False equivalence fallacy.
Also, the government pays for medical care for the poor and the old.
No, it doesn't.
You've never heard of medicare and medicaid?
Sure. These are welfare systems that are unconstitutional. They are medical insurance programs.
The government also pays for health insurance for government employees, which is no small number of people.
Medical insurance is not healthcare.
Then there's the tens of millions of people who have the government pay for their health insurance through the ACA.
Medical insurance is not healthcare.

Redefinition fallacy.
