Pro-choice doctor shot & killed

Correction: The end of a wasted life. Good riddence.

.. further evidence of the ignorance of the "right-to-life" mindfuck in the name of "God."

This has nothing to do with the "santity" of life and absolutely nothing to do with God.

This is all about the fear of genetic annihilation.

Let's cut to the chase.

Do you mean the sanctity of life, Mr. Sophisticated?

If it were about fear of genetic annihilation, black liberals would be the most concerned. *shrug*

I did indeed mean sanctity.

Score one for you.

Black liberals meld well with all races of people. In fact, given that all humans are genetically African, I'd say they have the least to worry about .. I'm sure you do too.

Nice dodge at the issue raised. The fact is that the black race in then US was the original target of the pro abortion movement, and it has been incredibly effective. And most of the murderers have been liberal black mothers, murdering their own children.

I agree, there is nothing sanctified or godly about mass murder. Speaking of genes, how is the eugenics movement doing these days? Are the "mongrels" still lesser than the "blessed white race," or is it no longer demeaning to compare blacks to whites?

In a country where killing innocents is rewarded, normal rules of behavior have broken down. That is the basic argument against abortion and why there can be no compromise.

I understand the sentiment, but I vehemently disagree. What this nut-job, and he is imo a nut-job, did, was to ruin a forward momentum to make case law with regards to late term abortions and abortion clinic practices. The goal with this case was to make headway into looking into abortion clinic records and auditing their standards as well. Most persons involved on either side understand that this battle NEEDS to be handled via the courts. Vigilanteism harms the cause, breaks the law and sets us back.

You are exactly right.

The founding fathers would never have allowed abortion to be legal so the point is nil.

If the abortions had been illegal it would have meant the doctor went to jail. If the founding fathers had thought something should have been illegal but congress and the supreme court overrulled them I doubt they would have shot one of the perpetrators.

Bullcrap! Abortion existed during the founding fathers time and they made no laws against it.

Abortions have happened for a long time, and were legal during Roman times. They were not legal, however, during the Revolutionary Era. Doctors were not allowed to perform them. That they happened has nothing to do with law or custom.

"There were few laws on abortion in the United States at the time of independence, except the common law adopted from England"

Before scientific evidence proved otherwise here is what a framer said:

James Wilson, a framer of the U.S. Constitution, explained as follows:

“ With consistency, beautiful and undeviating, human life, from its commencement to its close, is protected by the common law. In the contemplation of law, life begins when the infant is first able to stir in the womb. By the law, life is protected not only from immediate destruction, but from every degree of actual violence, and, in some cases, from every degree of danger".

More statutes AGAINST abortion became neccesary when baby killers became an issue.
