No, Democrats perpetuate poor living conditions brought on by bad choices many blacks continue to make. Democrats don't get 75% of the black single mothers pregnant, however, Democrats have created programs where the government has become the father making it easy for a sperm donor to avoid his responsibilities.

So how come white societies do well under Democrats?

Why is their such a deficit between white peoples ability or willingness to accept personal responsibility and black peoples ability or willingness to do so?

Divide them by money and the wrecked society. Poor people without opportunity wind up into crime. Their skin pigmentation has nothing to do with it. The middle and upper-class blacks have a crime rate lower than whites. White collar crimes like fraud , embezzlement, and others are majority white perpetrators.

Because many minorities don't have the money to hire good Lawyers and have to rely on State appointed rookies learning their craft as State Appointed Attorneys.

Not fixated, but I accept the reality of race. Blacks aren't good at building vibrant societies. That's why it's the same in American cities and in African countries.
