Question for our gun enthusiast friends.

Missing the point.
If you think people would still be able to get guns, even if they're illegal, then do you also think people will still be able to get abortions even if they're illegal?
Yes, of course, because some abortion minded bitches would be that desperate and stupid.

The point is to make it harder for them to get abortions, not easier.

It shows that gun control leads to less gun violence. This means that gun laws have prevented crime.

UH, WAIT JUST A MINUTE; because this is the only time you've tried to include LESS violence and did not prevent crime, seeing as how it's still occurring.

Therefore the question remains:

Which law has prevented anything from occurring?

Well we're always going to have crime. Laws reduce the amount of things happening, they don't completely eliminate them.

Thanks for finally admitting that your original premise was a failure; but how is placing law abiding citizens under restraints, going to stop criminals?

So a crackdown on abortions will make it harder for people to kill the baby, YES??

If you think abortion is killing, sure.

My question in this thread is really just for the people who think gun control will not prevent people from getting guns. Are you consistent enough to say a ban on abortion won't prevent abortions?

And you're still trying to equate something that's in the Constitution with something that's not.

But people knowing that they could be arrested acts as a deterrent. If we didn't have any police, every day would be the Purge.

Show one incident where someone said that they didn't commit a crime; because the Police were a deterrent.

Is that why people don't run stop signs or stop lights; because the police are a deterrent??

Yes, this question isn't about muh constitution. It's about whether or not laws make a difference. If it helps, pretend we're talking about a hypothetical country without muh constitution.

You would have to pretend it's about a "hypothetical country" seeing as how the real world says your wrong.

What do you want? An example of someone going on TV saying "Yeah, I was going to rape her, but then decided I didn't want to go to jail" or something like that?

Of course people don't admit things like that. Nobody wants the world to know they have criminal thoughts.

Well I already gave you a study that shows gun control leads to less gun violence.

If you don't believe that, then does that mean you think banning abortion is pointless?
