Which was true before they had any gun control laws. Those laws haven't made any difference

The danger comes from people who don't use them responsibly and a system that lets pretty much anyone get a gun.

The danger comes from a society that encourages ignorance about firearms. If you really wanted to reduce the danger, you'd be promoting universal firearms safety education, starting in preschool. But knowledge is anathema to the control freaks.
