Question for our gun enthusiast friends.

What do you want? An example of someone going on TV saying "Yeah, I was going to rape her, but then decided I didn't want to go to jail" or something like that?

Of course people don't admit things like that. Nobody wants the world to know they have criminal thoughts.

YEP; because other wise your presentation carries no more weight, then your smaller magazines conclusion.

Hey, blame yourself for not being able to have that discussion.
And asking for an example here is just unrealistic. It's like asking an Atheist to prove there are no gods. It's asking to prove a negative.

What we do know is that gun control reduces gun violence. So whether it's a fear of going to jail or not, laws do work.

I’ll ask again, you stupid fuck. How many machine gun deaths have there been in the last decade?

You keep wanting others to educate you.

Is it because you're to lazy to seek the education yourself.

The ban on machine guns did not prevent a death.

But I did try to have the discussion and even provided unrefutably evidence to support my side; but you failed to provide anything, except to say it you were correct.

How do you know it wasn't other factors that had a hand in the "reduced gun violence"; but I am curious, are you saying that the total of deaths also declined or did the criminals just choose different methods??

The ban on machine guns prevented deaths from that source, you stupid fuck. That’s the point, idiot.

You are, by far, the stupidest cockbite on the forum.

And I showed why your evidence was wrong, but then you sperged out.

How do you know it wasn't other factors that had a hand in the "reduced gun violence";

It's possible, but as far as we know, there were no known X factors.

Gun violence dropped, but no other forms of violence went up. So it was a net decrease of violence.

YOU saying it's wrong, is not PROOF and you're the one who "sperged" out and ran away.

Prove that other forms of violence didn't go up; because otherwise, it's like the majority of your conclusions and is only based on your FEELS.

Care to explain why the gun laws in Chicago haven't decreased the level of violence?

No, you started with the insults and name-calling. I didn't engage.

The stats didn't show that other forms of violence went up, rather that violence overall continued to drop with the gun control.

Care to explain why the gun laws in Chicago haven't decreased the level of violence?

Because Chicago isn't a country. Most of the guns used in Chicago crime come from out of state. I believe in states' rights, but when it comes to guns, we need federal laws.

OH, so we're back to that again; because if you're able to remember, I told you your comments were insulting and you continued.

The fact that Chicago isn't a country, has no bearing on the FACT that even with draconian gun laws; the crime rate in Chicago is abysmal.

You said they were insulting because you thought I was lying. Obviously, I can't control if you think I'm lying.

Because people get guns from other parts of the country. Gun control works when the laws are national, not local.

Untrue, I said they were insulting, because they were insulting.

You mean like abortions??

The danger comes from people who don't use them responsibly and a system that lets pretty much anyone get a gun.
The danger comes from a society that encourages ignorance about firearms. If you really wanted to reduce the danger, you'd be promoting universal firearms safety education, starting in preschool. But knowledge is anathema to the control freaks.
