The usual total ignorance. Legally there is the organized militia, which is the National Guard, and the unorganized militia, which is just about everybody else.

No. The National Guard is a federal militia and not covered by the 2nd amendment at all.
The State militias are what are described in the 2nd amendment. The National Guard is not a militia of any State. Most States have State militias. Washington currently has about 75 people in the State militia right now.
Membership in a militia is NOT REQUIRED for the right to self defense, and with it, the right to bear arms.

I don't want to make any changes. I support the system of checks and balances to limit the power of government.
You, on the other hand, are willing to give government increased power not provided for in the Constitution. Including immigration control in naturalization law and giving the president emergency powers are not constitutional powers but you favor them because Trump does. The system you want to allow leads to fascism, mine leads to limited government.
