Question for our gun enthusiast friends.

Amendments to the Constitution and Acts that become law- are the Constitution idiot!

Go learn the Constitutional process and get back to us OK?

There you go again. Completely ignorant of how the government works. "Acts that become law" are not the Constitution. He's not the idiot, you are.

Yes, Bump-Stocks are arms!

Are Nuclear Missiles arms?

Do you think citizens should be allowed to own them?

There is a limit to everything, and that includes arms- arms of all kinds!

Congress sets those limits in the way of an ACT at their discretion- and at the approval of the executive branch!

And if they have a 60% vote- Fuck what the president says- it becomes law!

Government 101 dude!

Study up!

Until a court says otherwise. You continue to display your ignorance about U.S. government.

Still trying to imply that my proposal of registering guns and licensing is a paradox, when I have made no contradictions, and there are clear and sound reasons for having a policy like that in place, and I have demonstrated and explained every one of them.

In fact, you are the one that seems to be locked in a paradox with your opposition and rejection of my proposal without any sound reason for your position!

Is the licensing for drivers of automobiles, and the registration of vehicles a paradoxical viewpoint? No!

Which makes you the one with the cotradictory and paradoxical viewpoint!

There are no good reasons for registering guns or licensing a right. Driving a car is not a right, it is a privilege. You continue to demonstrate massive ignorance.

Back up exactly what?

And what delusional thoughts do you have, that could make you think you are a bigger man than any other male poster here in this forum? And what meaning do you expect your delusional self-important statements of unknowing, inexperienced opinion have to do with us who think and reason? What fantasy do you hold that you would believe that your tiny-fisted tantrums would have more weight than that of a leprous desert rat, spinning rabidly in a circle, waiting for the bite of the snake?

Try to edit your responses of unnecessary material before attempting to impress us with your ignorance. The evidence that you are a nincompoop will still be available to readers, but they will be able to access it more rapidly.

Thanks!

You clearly only imagine that you think and reason. You are the one trying to impress us with your ignorance.

You can consider them what you want. That doesn't make it so.

Something enhancing a weapon or making it more useful doesn't make it an arm unless it changes whether or not the weapon can function.

Meh. You are making a mountain out of a molehill. Have it your way. I'll have it mine.

OK. I'll be correct and you'll be wrong but you can have it your way.

False dichotomy fallacy...with one important difference.

If they try to come take away any accessory to any gun I will treat it the same as them coming to take away the gun itself.

Sad how you could care less about law and order, and think it' OK for anyone to own a gun, carry a gun, buy a gun, and sell a gun just because they want one, without any system in place to insure that only responsible people are buying, selling, owning, and carrying guns in our society.

that's why they call it a RIGHT of the PEOPLE. not a privilege

you're aware that it's still 'legal' to buy a machine gun, aren't you?

are you saying that freedom is a caveman mentality??

I know that the National Firearms Act of 1934 made them illegal in a general sense! Now, if there are loopholes or special considerations, I wouldn't know much about those, because I don't follow that because of my lack of interest in machine guns.

Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose
Nothin', don't mean nothin' hon' if it ain't free, no no........................................... according to Chris Christopherson and Janis!

one would think that if you're going to try to use the laws, you should know the laws. the 34 NFA did not make them illegal in any sense other than to require an exorbitant tax stamp for possession. you should further your history knowledge on the subject and find out why they did that. The FOPA of 86 made it so that we the people couldn't own a machine gun if it was manufactured after May 19, 1986. In the legal world, that should be a red flag for an unconstitutional law..........but cowards like you overlook that because you're terrified of freedom.

If banning guns is pointless because people can just get guns on the black market, is banning abortion also pointless?

Yes. As well as dangerous. Prohibition creates black markets. Best to keep things in an open, regulated market. This goes for drugs, guns, abortion, prostitution, etc.

i'd call that a violation of rights, allowed by cowards and dictators

Law and order is what saved the West. And it will take law and order again to get a hold of the unnecessary gun deaths aimed at school children and kindergartens across America. Talk about some cowardly acts- shooting up kids is about as cowardly as I have ever seen.

The Good news, there are about to be some New Sheriffs coming to DC .....In 2020! And they are going to make Good on you Bad and Ugly!

Look, I don't give a fuck what happened in 1934.

In 2020, we will have a brand new National Firearm act of 2020!

So you may want to grab all your machine guns, 100 bags of Cheetos, some spam, and head to your Bomb Shelter to hide out!

You have it figured out. :good4u: The free market is immortal. You can't kill it. Even if you drive it underground, it's still there. All you do by driving it underground is to fund organized crime. Anyone can go talk to their local drug dealer for details on this.

well, you're certainly not the only liberal, or conservative for that matter, that believes that ignoring constitutional limits or constitutional rights is 'law and order'.........but I have to ask you what makes you think that with 20,000+ gun laws already on the books, how making more of them is going to give you order and still maintain the semblance of supporting constitutional rights?
